1. We find and 500+ top students so you don't have to.
Our staff reviews top engineering, computer science, business, media, and arts students who apply to become fellows in the spring. After a vigorous multi-stage vetting process we accept about 10% of applicants.
2. We prepare students and refine their skills to be super-interns.
Our accelerator program aims to prepare our fellows by giving them access to workshops led by experts, sessions with our staff as well as mentor sessions. Our fellows can tap into our deep network of top mentors from all fields. Finally, we round out them out by teaching the communication skills and professionalism needed to succeed in your workplace.
3. We match fellows with companies to tackle big projects for the Summer and even beyond.
We work closely with each company to find the best match based on each student's skillset, personal interests, and culture fit. For eight weeks of the summer, students work as full-time interns or project consultants at the company's offices.
